Rent and Contract

• Water, electricity, heating, fast internet and GEZ (Rundfunkbeitrag) are included in the rental payment.

• Minimum 6 month lease, maximum 12 month.

• Extension possible if requested in writing, at least 60 days before rental period ends.

• First months’ rent and service fee of 100 Euro payable when signing the contract.

• Security deposit of 2 months’ rent payable before move in (deposit will be returned after move out, providing the room is in very good condition).

• Subletting is not allowed.

• Animals of any size are not permitted.

• All rooms and common areas are non smoking.

• Tenant must register with the City of Frankfurt Bürgeramt within 2 weeks of moving in.
